Leticia trained and competed in martial arts (Judo, Karate, Capoeira, Boxing, and Thai Boxing) for several years. In her opinion, CrossFit, like martial arts, is training for resilience. Choosing to do hard things with intention, challenging fears, practicing the discipline of mind and body, and finding joy in the smallest victories. This warrior spirit translates to every aspect of our lives. Her purpose is to empower others to be the strongest, healthiest, and happiest version of themselves. Inclusion, diversity, and community are the most important aspects of CrossFit Liberate to her.
